We're B3 Yoga and Wellness Center, and we've been a premier yoga studio in Crest Hill, IL, since 2020. We specialize in mind and body therapy. We offer creative services through yoga practice, counseling, art, hair, and scalp therapies. Our goal is to help individuals strengthen their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
